Inbound consultants In an increasingly busy world, we understand that holidays are one of life's most precious commodities, and appreciate the trust you put in us when it comes to planning them. Our consultants take the time to understand exactly what you want from your trip, and go to whatever lengths are needed to ensure we not only deliver to your brief, but where possible, exceed it. With first-hand experience of the destination they specialize in. Our travel consultants are some of the most knowledgeable and passionate in the business; they're here to talk you through the best places to stay, things to do, people to meet, and ways to get around. Our team is available to help you plan your journey seven days a week.
Chauffeurs and Tour Guides
Discover Africa Travel tour guides come from the local community and are trained in the main points of interest and hotels in the area. This means that not only do they know the best routes to take, but they are also able to share their city and culture with clients. Discover Africa Travel Chauffeurs and Tour Guides are all in possession of both a minimum of a Code 8 license and a PDP (Public Driver’s Permit) and is CATHSSETA accredited Tour Guides. They also attend a compulsory seven-day induction course prior to employment, this intense course includes: • Safety and security awareness training • First Aid training
• On the job training • A short driving course that assesses and improves driving skills • Meet and greet and public relations training • Basic vehicle maintenance training
